The Workplit app

Workplit is a time-tracking app that runs entirely on your device. Your time entries, clients, projects, tasks and reports stay on your phone. The app does not create cloud accounts, does not transmit your tracked data to our servers and does not include any analytics or behavioural tracking SDKs. The optional Pro subscription requires limited processing described in the next section.

Subscription management

To offer the optional Pro subscription, the app uses Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store In-App Purchase (iOS), together with RevenueCat as a third-party sub-processor that wraps both stores and enables purchase validation and the restore-purchases flow across reinstalls and devices.

What is shared with RevenueCat: a pseudonymous app user ID (a random identifier generated on your device — no name, no email), the purchase token issued by the store, your subscription state (active plan, renewal/expiry date) and basic device metadata (OS version, app version, country). Your time entries, clients, projects and any other Workplit content never leave your device. If you never purchase Pro, no data is sent to RevenueCat.

Legal basis: performance of the subscription contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). RevenueCat acts as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We never receive your card, bank or billing details — those stay between you and the store.

This website

This website is informational. We do not collect personal data from visitors through this site. No registration form, newsletter, analytics or advertising tracker is installed. Fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from our own domain — no third-party CDN is used.

If you write to us

When you contact us at , or , we process the data you provide (email address, name if given, message content) based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f). We keep the messages only for as long as necessary to handle your request and — where applicable — to comply with legal obligations.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, we process the data you provide (reason, name, email, optional subject, message) and your IP address — used only to prevent spam and apply a per-IP rate limit, kept for up to one hour. Third-party services

This site does not load fonts, scripts, images or any other resource from third-party servers. Nothing on this site reports your visit to external analytics, advertising or social networks.
